Overview

The full refurbishment of the Inigo Philbrick Gallery was one of Mayer Construction’s first Commercial projects and draws on our recognised experience in the Super-prime residential space.

Along with refurbishing the art gallery, our brief was to bring the communal areas up to the highest standard possible. To achieve this, we brought in trade experts to restore the existing stunning floor and to fit a bespoke kitchen and joinery units.

By introducing a specialist coffered ceiling, we were able to incorporate a bespoke lighting rack system and new air conditioning units, which are vital in the operation of a high-end art gallery. The unique wall coverings, furniture and fixtures bring an elegance to the space that the client was seeking.
