Overview
Our brief to renovate Harcourt Terrace included the full refurbishment of a luxury three-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor, as well as two luxury basement apartments.
To add the space and create the environment that the client was seeking for the fourth-floor apartment, our team added a considerate rear extension. This created a larger master bedroom with an en suite, as well as a utility room.
We fitted a bespoke kitchen, including the latest doors and ironmongery, as well as bespoke timber flooring throughout the apartment. The luxurious stone in the bathroom took the space to the highest possible specification.
To revitalise the two basement apartments, our work included a reduced level dig and new drainage and waterproof systems with an insulated reinforced concrete slab. The rear extension provided the opportunity for specialist secco slimline windows and bi-fold doors that open onto the fully landscaped gardens. The finishing touches included full height oak doors, bespoke joinery, stone and kitchens.
